What the research shows
Twenty years of data out of Finland
Finland has been studying sauna use in large populations for decades. These are the findings that keep coming up — reported as they were published, with the study behind each one.

All-cause mortality
The same cohort of 2,315 middle-aged men showed 40% lower all-cause mortality at 4–7 sessions per week, after adjusting for the major cardiovascular risk factors.

Cardiovascular deaths
Among adults over 50, frequent bathers recorded 2.7 fatal cardiovascular events per 1,000 person-years against 10.1 for once-a-week users. The effect held for women as well as men.

Recovery
Raising core temperature 1–2°C triggers heat shock proteins, which help refold proteins damaged by hard training and dampen inflammatory signaling. In practice: less soreness, less stiffness, readier to train.

Regular bathing has been linked to a lower incidence of hypertension, with the mechanism attributed to better endothelium-dependent dilation and reduced arterial stiffness.

Stroke and dementia
Separate analyses of the same cohorts in Finland found frequent sauna bathing inversely associated with stroke risk, and with dementia and Alzheimer’s diagnoses in middle-aged men.

Observational research shows association, not proof of cause, and results reflect the populations studied rather than any individual outcome or any particular product. Nothing here is medical advice. Two ways to take delivery
A sauna is a freight item, not a parcel. Decide now whether you want to move it yourself — because the answer changes what shows up in your driveway.
Curbside
IncludedThe freight carrier brings it to the end of your driveway on a pallet and lowers it with a lift gate. From there it’s yours.

Best ifaccess is tight, the pad is round the back, or you would simply rather it be done properly the first time.
Neither option includes the electrical. Every model needs a dedicated 240V circuit run by a licensed electrician, and that’s billed by them, not by us. Book it before your delivery window so the room isn’t sitting cold.

Benches, backrests and the ceiling are kiln-modified softwood that stays cool enough to sit on at 194 degrees. The heater, frame and fixings are powder-coated steel.

Book your electrician While it ships
Every model needs a dedicated 240V circuit. Line up a licensed electrician now, not after delivery — this is the step that holds people up.
Delivery On the window
Ships on a pallet with a lift gate. On white glove the crew goes past the curb and on to the pad. Check the crate against the packing list and photograph anything damaged before you sign.
Set it and heat it One afternoon
On curbside, you position and level it, then bolt an Essentials room together. On white glove, the crew does all of that and takes the packaging with them. Either way it ends the same: stones loaded, first burn-in, thermostat set.

Before you ask
Panel 04 if you want the cheapest way into daily heat and you have an indoor space. Pod 02 or Barrel 02 for a small patio. Barrel 06 for the fastest heat-up at full size. Cube 04 if it's going next to a modern house or inside a gym, where it has to look designed. Cabin 08 if you need eight seats.
A two-person crew brings the room past your curb and on to the pad, levels and squares it, assembles it if it’s an Essentials model, loads the stones, and hauls away every pallet and piece of film. They finish with a walkthrough on ventilation and cleaning. What it does not cover is electrical — the 240V circuit is a licensed electrician’s job and is billed separately. Add white glove at checkout; the price is set by your delivery ZIP.
For the electrical circuit, almost always — and in parts of Miami-Dade and Broward an outdoor structure over a certain footprint needs one too. Your electrician normally pulls the electrical permit as part of the job. Check your county and your HOA before you order; we'll hold the order while you do.
A dedicated 240V circuit — 30A for the Essentials range and the Barrel 06, 40A for the Cube, 60A for the Cabin. Most homes have panel capacity. If yours doesn't, a sub-panel typically runs $900–$1,800 through a licensed electrician. Get that quote before you order.
At FPL residential rates, roughly $1.10–$1.60 per session for a small room — heat-up plus 45 minutes at temperature. Commercial rooms on continuous duty are a different calculation and we'll model it for you.
The research out of Finland showing the largest associations tracked people bathing four to seven times a week, around 20 minutes at roughly 175°F. That's the pattern the data describes — not a prescription. Start shorter and build, and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or take medication.
